 1. Placing an Order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with or unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us before placing an order with us either by telephone on +447933 051 071, by email at contact@sarahblythe.com or by post using the address given below:

Sarah Blythe LLP
75 High Street

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to Sarah Blythe LLP to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and Sarah Blythe LLP for the sale and delivery of our goods  will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Sarah Blythe LLP can not accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

All items are subject to availability and may be subject to change without notice, however we aim to inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are no longer available.

4. Cancellations and Returns

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

5. Change of Mind

If you change your mind on a purchased item, you can receive a full refund. This only applies to full-priced items. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty. Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of the purchase date.

We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.

We will provide a refund on online orders in the same form as your original payment. We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund.

6. Faulty Products

On delivery, please check the products carefully for any possible defects.

If you believe that any of our products may be defective or of unsatisfactory quality, please notify us by email (contact@sarahblythe.com) within 14 days.

We ask that you take reasonable care of the Products while your claim is being investigated. Please do not return any products which you believe may be defective before contacting us.

If the products are confirmed defective or mis-described, we will reimburse you for reasonable return postage costs.

If all Products confirmed defective constitute the entire order or if all products were faulty or damaged, the original delivery charge will be reimbursed.

Please Note -

For hygiene reasons, pillows and duvets cannot be returned once the protective seal has been opened unless confirmed as defective or mis-described.

When returning products, please package the products properly and securely together with the dispatch note to ensure that the products may not damaged in transit.
